Return Policy:
ONE STOP CAMPING SUPPLIES want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If
for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your product, provided it
is in unused condition, and it is within 10 days of your invoice date. All merchandise
returned or exchanged will be subject to a 20% TO 30% restocking fee less the
shipping charges. Shipping and handling on return merchandise will not be refunded
or covered by us. All returns must have a RA # OR SKU#(return authorization number)
from us to be accepted.
Terms
-Shipping and Handling Fee are non-refundable.
-Return items are all subject to a 20%TO 30% restocking fee.
-Return or refund can take up to 4 weeks to process.
-Original receipt and Invoice # required for any return and refund.
-All returns must have a RA# OR SKU# (Return Authorization Number) from us to
be accepted.
-All items must be in new condition, including the original box, packaging,
and accessories.
How We Process Return
Any package return to us without an RMA OR A SKU number will not get process.
Once you received an RMA OR SKU number from us,AND WHERE TO SHIP ITEM TO please
have this number included in with your return package.
